Repeat Prescriptions
The list of medicines you can order without being seen are listed on your re-order slip which is given to you when you order a prescription. You can usually arrange to order your repeat medication from your local pharmacist with their agreement. Please discuss this with them directly. The phone numbers for local pharmacies can be found on the 'Useful links' page of the website. Also you can telephone the surgery and select option "3" to leave your request along with your name, date of birth and your designated collection point.
