*APPOINTMENTS INFORMATION*
We offer routine appointments with any doctor and these can be booked in advance by telephoning the Surgery. Telephone appointments are available for those not needing an examination.
We also offer on the day appointments for those that need urgent medical attention. To book one of these our trained reception staff will ask you for a brief description of your medical condition to make sure you are directed to an appointment that best suits your needs. Appointments will be with whichever doctor is available and it ensures that even during our doctor shortage those that need to be seen can be seen.
Please continue to telephone for medication requests, sick lines, nurse appointments and to book appointments with our physiotherapist for muscle, joint and back problems.
SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES
The Practice has experienced inappropriate use of social networking sites directly relating to delivery of medical care. We operate a zero tolerance policy and patients found to have posted defamatory or derogatory comments relating to any medical, nursing, or administration staff or health care delivery may be removed from the Practice list.
